Thomas Loy and his crew at Loy's Pools & Patios knocked it slap out-of-the-park on our pool!!! From initial design to finished product, Thomas and his team were attentive to our changing needs and wants, and offered solid advice on what was practical while staying within our budget. Thomas Loy and his team have an amazing combination of Talent, Skills, Dedication, Quality, Honesty, Courtesy and Productivity. Those traits are tough to find in the construction industry and it is an absolute blessing to work with a company such as this. We originally met Thomas in 2018 during our new home construction to build a retaining wall in rear yard for the walkout basement. Thomas showed up with his laptop and absolutely amazed us with the 3D animated design he had came up with that turned a ordinary retaining wall idea into a architectural centerpiece with a built-in staircase and landscaping in the retaining wall. (See all photos).
By the end of 2023 we had decided to further develop the backyard and contacted Loys again for the fiberglass pool. Once again Thomas, with his design skills in pools, waterslides, pavilions, outdoor kitchens and furniture, fire pits, landscaping and hardscaping came up with a total backyard design, all built around the original retaining wall, that was beyond anything we could have imagined. The photos tell the story better than I ever can. Thank you to Thomas, Hayden and all the workers that brought it to life. Most importantly, I can honestly state that you can do business with Loy's and have the peace of mind that the job will be done in a quality and timely manner and you are dealing with honest people.

I had the pleasure to meet Jake with Loy's Pools and Patios on 8/5/24. I was pleased to have the ability to visit Loy's Showroom. With my decision to make a future investment in an underground pool, it was a pleasure to visit an actual Showroom. Jake, being a professional in the business, made it a very productive meeting. It was very helpful to look at my site plan of my property with my vision and options on a large monitor.  I came out of the meeting with more knowledge and ideas that nobody else has presented to me thus far!  Since then, we've had a little issue with the County, but Jake has been a tremendous help throughout this process! Came across Loy’s Pools and Patios when searching for a pool installer but, honestly, did not give them much thought since I was looking at gunite pools and not fiberglass. Happened to be near their business a few days later and decided to drop in and see what they were about. Good decision… Jake Amburgey sat down with me and we had a great discussion about fiberglass pools, their suppliers,  their business, and what they did from design to installation. Talked to my wife later and we decided, at a minimum, to have a design drawn up to include pool, hardscaping, and landscaping. Jake went above and beyond with our design, spending several weeks reviewing different layouts, taking us to review pool installations of other customers, and actually listening to what we wanted (especially the wife). The final design checked all the boxes and made it an easy decision to go with Loy’s Pools and Patios. We were very pleased with our experience with Loy’s Pools. Thomas, Hayden and the entire team were very professional every step of the way. They completed our entire pool project in under 8 weeks!  They maintained a high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail at every stage of the project while still remaining price competitive. Thomas and Hayden both checked in regularly to ensure that we were pleased with the progression of the project and to answer any questions we had along the way. Let us make the decision for you and choose Loys for your back/front yard oasis!!! My husband and I researched many companies before deciding (we did all the countless interviews, meetings, and quotes), and we made the best decision with Loys! Thomas took us through our design/planning and mapped out our digital vision without a flaw. Then, Thomas and Hayden (with amazing team) took exactly what we wanted and made it a reality! They do their digital design and planning “in house” and can make adjustments to whatever you need within real time! This is important because you can get an idea of the cost right away before it starts. It’s only been 5-6 weeks since they started, and they are already almost done with our pool/yard which looks even better than the design! Thank you guys so much!
