The Pinnacle™ 40
For this remarkable project, Loy’s Pools & Patios transformed a backyard into an extraordinary year-round resort-style retreat. At the heart of this outdoor paradise is a stunning 40-foot pool, complete with an auto cover for ease of use and maintenance. The pool serves as the centerpiece, but what truly sets this project apart is the massive custom-built 100-foot water slide. Designed for both fun and excitement, this one-of-a-kind slide winds through the landscape, providing endless enjoyment for guests of all ages.
Adjacent to the pool, we created a beautiful timber frame pavilion, adding both style and function to the space. Crafted with rich, natural materials, this pavilion offers a shaded area for relaxation, dining, and entertainment, seamlessly blending with the surrounding environment. Its robust design and elegant detailing create a perfect gathering spot, ideal for enjoying the outdoors in comfort and style.
The landscape is a masterpiece in its own right, featuring a broad and diverse plant palette that ensures vibrant colors, textures, and interest throughout every season. Carefully selected trees, shrubs, and perennials create layers of lush greenery, evoking a sense of being at a luxury resort. Every plant was chosen for its unique beauty and ability to thrive, providing a dynamic and visually stunning backdrop to the pool area.

The Wave™
At Loy’s Pools & Patios, we recently completed an exceptional pool project that beautifully marries functionality with the architectural charm of the client’s home. Our team meticulously designed and constructed a stunning 40-foot Wave model pool, complete with an auto cover and a uniquely customized Amalfi square spa. This spa features an extra-widened spillover, adding a dramatic focal point to the pool’s overall aesthetic.
To seamlessly blend the new pool house with the home’s existing architecture, we incorporated matching radius timber gables, complemented by a stone veneer and board and batten siding identical to the house. This thoughtful design approach creates a cohesive look that enhances the property’s character and curb appeal. Inside the pool house, we included a convenient storage area and a bathroom, ensuring all essentials are close at hand.
The outdoor living space extends beyond the pool to include an inviting artificial turf area, complete with an integrated putting green for added recreation. Surrounding the area, we installed lush landscaping and privacy trees along the perimeter, creating a serene and secluded oasis for the homeowners to enjoy.
The project also features a commercial-grade outdoor kitchen and grill area, perfect for entertaining. The space is further elevated by an impressive paver design that captures a modern minimalist aesthetic, with cool mosaic patterns adding a unique and artistic touch to the overall look and feel.
Our construction team leveled the entire area by building up the site about 7 feet, ensuring a flawless finish and stable foundation. Every element of this project, from the architectural details of the pool house to the landscaping and outdoor amenities, was designed and constructed with precision and care by Loy’s Pools & Patios, transforming this backyard into a luxurious private retreat.
