Phenomenal, professional….amazing! Was extremely knowledgeable with the technical aspect of things. Quite literally walked me through the entire process and made my dreams come true. Adhered to my budget and still brought my wife’s ideas to fruition!

I enjoyed working with Jake Amburgey on the design of my pool area.  Starting with a blank slate, he listened to my needs and presented me a detailed plan to meet them. Let us make the decision for you and choose Loys for your back/front yard oasis!!! My husband and I researched many companies before deciding (we did all the countless interviews, meetings, and quotes), and we made the best decision with Loys! Thomas took us through our design/planning and mapped out our digital vision without a flaw. Then, Thomas and Hayden (with amazing team) took exactly what we wanted and made it a reality! They do their digital design and planning “in house” and can make adjustments to whatever you need within real time! This is important because you can get an idea of the cost right away before it starts. From start to finish everyone involved were professional, efficient, and always kept us informed throughout the process. We are so happy with the final result and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a pool installer.

The team at Loy's Pool and Patio was very professional and knowledgeable. Thomas was involved in the design through installation and is still involved today through a few minor issues we have had following our installation. Our foreman Hayden and Jake always answered all of our questions thoroughly and made sure we were happy with every step of the process.

* High-quality materials and workmanship:
Loy's Pool and Patio uses only the highest quality materials and their workmanship is excellent. Our new pool is beautiful and built to last.  Thomas made sure we knew from the beginning that this was an admonition of his and he stood by his word.

* Efficient installation:
The installation process was quick and efficient. The team worked hard to get our pool installed as soon as possible through many obstacles in weather and scheduking, and they did a great job cleaning up after themselves.

* Excellent Post Sale Support:
Loy's Pool and Patio partners with their customers and understand that the pool you install is truly a large investment.  As such, they ensure that they have supported us even after the sale through some minor issues and still drive to ensure we are satisfied.

Working with Thomas Loy and his team has been the best pool building experience.  This project was my 3rd pool to have built and wanted to to hire the best of the best.  I wanted more than just a pool builder; I wanted someone to design my dream backyard for our recently built forever home.   Thomas went above and beyond to make sure that my pool, patio, and all other aspects of the project were perfect.  He worked with me on some change orders and made sure to exceed our expectations.  From day one, Thomas consistently communicated with us making sure we understood what was going on with our project at all times. He completed the project on time and on budget.  I highly recommend him for any outdoor living project and will be using him for any future projects.
